Theodore Kyriakou was born in Athens and now lives in London. He had a traditional Greek upbringing before moving to London to work as a chef and is now the chef/proprietor of our Award Winning restaurants and the co-author of Real Greek Food (2000). The menus that Theodore have created for The Real Greek are inspired by dishes cooked in homes all over Greece, from the tiny islands to the big cities of the mainland. That is why, for The Real Greek at Home, Theodore has gone back to his roots to bring us the very best of his country’s home-cooked dishes.
